Wikileaks accuse les États-Unis d’avoir financé les Panama Papers, dont l’unique but est de porter le discrédit sur la Russie et sur Vladimir Poutine. Est également impliquée dans cette opération de déstabilisation du pouvoir russe la Fondation pour une société ouverte (Open Society Foundation) fondée en 1993 par George Soros[1] sur le concept épistémologique d’une société pluraliste et multiculturelle du philosophe juif autrichien Karl Popper. Déstabilisation qui doit conduire à la Révolution mondiale et à l’accomplissement du communisme par la prise du « pouvoir absolu sur le monde » par le Kapintern (Internationale du capitalisme financier), comme l’a parfaitement expliqué en 1938 le trotskiste Kristjan Jurjewitsch Rakowski lors de ses interrogatoires à la Loubianka alors qu’il était accusé par le pouvoir stalinien de haute trahison. Ces interrogatoires ont été rassemblés dans un document appelé Les Protocoles de Rakowski, dont le plus important a été repris dans La Symphonie en rouge majeur, un document historique exceptionnel.
Les représentants de Wikileaks ont annoncé que le scandale de la publication des Panama Papers avait été financé par les États-Unis. Cette fuite colossale de documents confidentiels (quelque 11,5 millions) du cabinet de conseil offshore Mossack Fonseca, qui a divulgué l’implication de nombreux dirigeants politiques dans des activités illégales, est bien une offensive médiatique lancée contre la Russie et plus particulièrement contre la personne de Vladimir Poutine, selon une information disponible sur le portail de Wikileaks et sur son compte Twitter.
Sa plate-forme Internet, sur laquelle ont été publiées ces révélations spectaculaires, a notamment soutenu via son compte Twitter que ce scandale avait été organisé par l’Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP[2], « Projet de reportage sur le crime organisé et la corruption ») et stipendié par l’USAID (United States Agency for International Development, ou Agence des États-Unis pour le développement international) et par l’Open Society de Soros.
