Marie Dasylva se considère « en guerre » et a fait de l’empowerment des femmes racisées en entreprise son fer lance. Vous n’avez pas tout compris ? Cette entrepreneuse a lance à Paris Nkali, son agence de coaching réservée aux employées, étudiantes et chefs d’entreprise noires !
Marie Dasylva est proche de l’afro-féministe Laura Nsafou avec qui elle a organisé des workshops baptisés « Femmes noires et travail ».
Son entreprise s’appelle Nkali (« se réapproprier sa narration », en Igbo).
« Toutes les tensions que subissent les femmes racisées provoquent des démarches à 360° », déclare-t-elle, ajoutant que « tant qu’il y aura des racistes, elle continuera le combat » ! Allez donc lui faire comprendre que sa démarche semble pourtant s’apparenter à une forme de racisme anti-blanc…
Il faut compter entre 35 et 75 euros la séance pour du coaching personnalisé. Les vegan et les lesbiennes noires sont doublement bienvenues… Et lors des sessions, les menus sont halal ou vegan, au choix. Bienvenue dans le « vivre ensemble » racisé !
