Le vendredi 4 mars 2016, la gendarmerie s’est déplacée en nombre pour garantir la tenue de la vente aux enchères publiques du matériel du centre équestre de Thierry Borne. Les soutiens de Thierry Borne s’étaient déplacés pour le soutenir et tenter d’empêcher cette vente. La gendarmerie a montré une fois de plus qu’elle n’hésiterait pas à faire usage de la force et a procédé à l’arrestation de Thierry Borne.
Rappelons que Thierry Borne avait déverser 20 tonnes de fumier devant l’Assemblée nationale le 16 janvier 2014. En 2015, il sillonnait les routes de France avec un camion sur lequel figurait l’inscription « Hollande et toute la classe politique dehors !« . Son camion avait été saisi par les autorités. Par ailleurs, il est poursuivi pour s’être affranchi de la Sécurité sociale.
