Le journal La Dépêche a publié dans sa rubrique nécrologique l’annonce du décès de Jean-Philippe Ruggieri, directeur général du grand groupe immobilier NEXITY.
L’annonce nous apprend que le défunt avait 51 ans, 2 enfants.
Parmi les personnes qui font part du décès figure Guillaume DUJON, « son époux » (sic).
Or, l’annonce nécrologique de ce riche défunt notoirement homosexuel signale que les funérailles étaient accompagnées d’une cérémonie religieuse à l’église de Biarritz.
Rappelons pourtant que, selon les règles de l’Eglise catholique, il n’aurait pas pu avoir de funérailles dans une église, son homosexualité notoire confirmée par son « mariage » avec un autre homme en faisant un pécheur public selon la théologie morale et le droit canon.
Même si l’actuel Code de droit canonique préfère l’expression “pécheur manifeste”, il est toujours stipulé dans le canon 1184 :
« Doivent être privés des funérailles ecclésiastiques, à moins qu’ils n’aient donné quelque signe de pénitence avant leur mort, les (…) pécheurs manifestes auxquels les funérailles ecclésiastiques ne peuvent être accordées sans scandale public des fidèles.«
Ce qui signifie que même un prêtre conciliaire ne pouvait accorder de funérailles ecclésiastiques à ce chef d’entreprise.
Des catholiques, un peu choqués et un peu « tradis », ont interrogé le curé du lieu – le desservant appartient à la Communauté Saint-Martin – qui a répondu par la formule habituelle : les temps ont changé.
L’évêché n’a rien trouvé à redire !!!
