Philippe Gonon est conseiller municipal MODEM à Besançon. Sur sa page Facebook, il s’élève contre une demande de subvention pour lui surréaliste en ce temps de crise. La commune de Chalezeule demande une aide de subvention à la hauteur de 3.000 euros à la Communauté d’agglomération du Grand Besançon pour l’aider à réaliser une œuvre d’art qui devrait coûter 50.000 euros. L’œuvre est  » en hommage aux femmes oubliées des guerres, de la société et des hommes ».  Dans son rapport, le maire précise le but de cette œuvre :«  L’objectif est de rappeler à toutes les générations que les femmes ont toujours joué un rôle essentiel depuis la nuit des temps, et ce malgré l’oubli dont elles sont victimes…Cette œuvre sera accompagnée d’une médiation auprès de la population, du public scolaire…, une association devant être créée pour faire vivre la réalisation. » L’argument est de taille… Mais ce n’est pas tout, le maire a répondu à Philippe Gonon qu’il devait s’occuper de ses affaires, ce à quoi Philippe Gonon rétorque qu’en tant que contributeur direct aux finances de l’agglomération par les impôts qu’il lui verse et qu’en tant que conseiller communautaire, c’est tout à fait son droit !

Il faut souligner que Chalezeule est une commune de 1.234 habitants. En 2011, elle avait un budget de 1 039 000 € pour des charges de fonctionnement de 837 000 €. En 2012, sa dette s’élevait à 759 000 €. Tout le monde sera content de savoir où va l’argent public…
