Elle s’appelle Marouah Labidi, Franco-Tunisienne de 28 ans, fichée S, qui a été condamné en comparution immédiate à trois ans de prison ferme. Marouah Labidi a été interpellée à l’aéroport de Nice ce mercredi 15 juin 2016 de retour de Tunisie. En contrôlant ses bagages, les policiers ont découvert une tablette contenant des messages faisant allégeance à l’organisation Etat islamique.
Cette drôle découverte a conduit la police d’aller perquisitionner son domicile où elle a découvert 221 photos de meurtres et de décapitations, 80 vidéos, des livres dont certains prônent un islam radical.
Amenée devant les juges, elle a été condamnée immédiatement par la justice française à 3 ans de prison pour apologie du terrorisme et pour détention de documents incitant à l’extrémisme et faisant apologie du terrorisme. Nice-Matin précise que Marouah Labidi transmettait les vidéos montrant les exécutions de l’organisation de l’EI et le mot de passe utilisé sur son ordinateur est « Aljihad 11/9/2001 » en référence aux attentats terroristes du 11 septembre 2011.
