Le fabricant de préservatifs Durex a réalisé une étude mondiale sur les comportements sexuels de sa clientèle potentielle.
Durex a enquêté sur les comportements sexuels auprès de 26 000 personnes, issues de 26 pays.
Cette étude aborde notamment le nombre de partenaires sexuels que l’on a dans une vie. En moyenne, les hommes hétérosexuels ont 13 partenaires différents, alors qu’il descend à 7 pour les femmes. Dans la quasi-totalité des pays, les hommes ont une moyenne supérieure aux femmes.
Mais chez les homosexuels, le chiffre grimpe en moyenne à 108 partenaires différents, avec un écart type d’une quarantaine de partenaires selon les pays (la variation va de 65 à 151)! L’étude ne précise pas de nombre de partenaires pour les lesbiennes.
