Le mercredi 30 août, un procès mettait en évidence une affaire écœurante : le viol d’un enfant de dix ans par un « réfugié » afghan.
Les faits datent de 2010. Et il faudra attendre 2014 pour que la victime, traumatisée, commence enfin à se confier à un copain de classe, puis à un surveillant, à l’infirmière, à l’assistante de vie scolaire et, finalement, à sa mère. Et pour cause.
L’été 2010, la mère en question, enseignante de français, donnait des cours à des demandeurs d’asile afghans, hébergés par une association dans un petit village de l’arrière-pays. Elle avait amené sur place son fils, alors âgé de dix ans. Ce petit garçon a été violé par l’un des Afghans à qui sa mère apprenait le français !
Le violeur pédophile est un demandeur d’asile afghan âgé de 22 ans au moment des faits. Il est arrivé un an plus tôt à Calais. Il a une personnalité “clairement limitée”, selon les termes de son défenseur Remire Hedidi.
“Des amis afghans vous avaient déjà averti que vous étiez trop proche des mineurs”, fait remarquer le président du tribunal, Sébastien Colombet. “Oui, on m’avait dit de ne pas rester trop avec les enfants, sinon “tu auras des problèmes””, acquiesce-t-il.
