Selon les autorités marocaines, ce terroriste était rentré au Maroc le 04 mai dernier. Et il a été arrêté ce 13 mai par le bureau central d’investigation judiciaire en sigle BCIJ avec une quantité importante de matériels explosifs de grande envergure servant à confectionner des bombes, des bandes vidéo de repérage des sites sensibles dont des missions diplomatiques, des sites touristiques…
Pour les autorités marocaines ce terroriste tchadien a été commandité par l’Etat Islamique. La mission était non seulement de faire un carnage à l’immédiat, mais aussi d’encadrer et former des cellules dormantes composées de Marocains et d’Algériens adeptes de la ligne radicale de l’EI en vue de commettre des attentats terroristes.
