Le rabbin Haïm Dynovisz est très apprécié d’une partie du public religieux francophone israélien, qui se rue à ses cours, ou aime passer une semaine de vacances en sa compagnie, sur les bords du lac Tibériade, pour un séjour « dans un village de vacances de luxe », avec « plage aménagée avec horaires séparés » pour hommes et femmes et surtout, « plein de keif, de joie et de thora »…
Directeur de l’Institut Kaatei Mer, centre d’étude de la Torah dans l’esprit du hassidisme loubavitch, du sionisme et de la Kabbale, il inonde la toile de vidéos de ses conférences. Dans un de ses cours, intitulé « alya urgence« , le Rav Haim Dynovisz insiste:
« La guéoula (rédemption) d’Israël dépend du retour des Juifs de France sur leur terre. Tant qu’il y aura encore un juif en France, n’attendez pas la venue du Messie (brouhaha). Et ne vous inquiétez pas, oulala, les Arabes vont nous aider, comme d’habitude ; surtout ne vous inquiétez pas.… (rires). Ne vous inquiétez pas, grâce à Dieu, on a un milliard d’Arabes qui nous aident à faire avancer l’histoire ; sans eux qu’est ce qu’on deviendrait ? »
La troisième guerre mondiale est un point qui revient sans cesse dans ses exposés. Il en parle non pas avec inquiétude mais avec une certaine délectation, la voyant comme le signe de la délivrance finale pour le Peuple d’Israël. C’est ce genre de discours qu’il viendra tenir à Neuilly. Pas très rassurant !
Mais est-ce finalement très éloigné des discours de Jacques Attali prônant une gouvernance mondiale dont la capitale serait Jérusalem ?
