L’exécution par le Japon de deux criminels de droit commun le 13 juillet (le tueur en série d’hôtesses de bar, Masakatu Nishikawa, 61 ans, condamné à mort en 1995 et Koichi Sumida, 34 ans, assassin d’une collègue de travail en 2011), fait ressurgir le débat sur la peine de mort. Où en est-on actuellement dans le monde .?
