Norvège – Un procès vient de démontrer que, lorsqu’il était encore ministre, Svein Ludvigsen, aujourd’hui âgé de 72 ans, usait de son pouvoir pour proposer des logements et des emplois à des demandeurs d’asile en échange de rapports sexuels.
L’homme politique homosexuel Svein Ludvigsen a été reconnu coupable d’avoir abusé de son pouvoir politique pour exploiter la vulnérabilité de trois demandeurs d’asile, des hommes âgés aujourd’hui de 25 à 34 ans et dont l’un souffre de légères déficiences mentales, afin de profiter d’eux sexuellement. Les faits se sont produits au domicile du politicien, ainsi que dans son chalet, dans des hôtels et même à la préfecture à Tromsø (nord) entre 2011 et 2017, selon le jugement.
