Un homme de 39 ans a été condamné mercredi à dix mois de prison pour avoir chercher à vendre, via annonce sur internet, des objets ramassés sur la Promenade des Anglais à Nice après l’attentat du 14 juillet.
« Objets du massacre du 14 juillet, prix à débattre ».
Le vautour nécrophage avait publié trois photos d’objets à vendre, une bague, une paire de lunettes et un drapeau, indiquant tenir à disposition des amateurs une vingtaine d’autres objets, et proposant d’envoyer une photo sur demande.
L’annonce sur internet avait été repérée le 18 juillet par la cellule cyber-criminalité de la police judiciaire.
L’homme a été condamné par un tribunal de Nice pour tentative d’escroquerie et avoir voulu vendre des objets qui ne lui appartenaient pas.
