Belgique – Le quotidien belge La Dernière Heure signale la condamnation de Karim, 30 ans, qui a écopé de quatre ans de prison ferme par défaut pour avoir violé une handicapée mentale pendant trois jours.
Le violeur avait déjà été expulsé du territoire et était interdit de séjour pendant six ans. Cela ne l’a pas empêché de se retrouver à Liège et de s’en prendre à une jeune femme handicapée de 19 ans, dont l’âge mental est estimé par les experts à 7 ou 8 ans.
Les faits datent de novembre 2014, et la jeune victime avait été emmenée dans un squat par son violeur. L’abuseur a conservé la jeune femme avec lui durant trois jours.
Selon la mère de la jeune fille, cet individu a violé celle-ci dans le but de la faire tomber enceinte pour tenter de… régulariser son séjour en tant que père de l’enfant. Avant de la libérer, il s’était rendu avec sa victime dans un centre médical pour lui faire faire un test de grossesse !
