Pas la peine de prétendre qu’il s’agirait d’une fake news diffusée par des sites d’extrême droite. L’information se trouve dans le journal Le Dauphiné qui décrit l’arnaque d’un migrant africain qui a vécu pendant quatre ans et demi sur le territoire français en tant que “mineur isolé”, pris en charge à ce titre par différentes instances, dont le conseil départemental.
Il avait à l’époque fourni un extrait d’acte de naissance attestant de son âge. Sa majorité approchant, il se rend en préfecture pour demander une carte de séjour. Selon le protocole, ses empreintes sont entrées dans le fichier. Le hic, c’est que sa fiche est ressortie avec un tout autre âge. L’homme aurait en fait 26 ans. Sur décision de la procureure de la République, il est envoyé à Lyon pour subir une série d’examens osseux, de la mâchoire et de la clavicule, mais également dentaires. Les résultats ont conforté son âge adulte. Il est donc poursuivi par la justice pour faux document et escroquerie. D’après les premières estimations, il aurait touché autour de 150 000 euros d’aides depuis quatre ans et demi. (…)
