Christian Loubersanes, 61 ans, grand maître de la Grande loge régulière de France (GLRF), dort en prison depuis le mois de juillet.
Le quotidien La Dépêche du Midi révèle que ce haut gradé de la franc-maçonnerie est soupçonné d’avoir escroqué une centaine de personnes, pour un montant total de 10 millions d’euros.
Des contrats d’assurance-vie frauduleux étaient proposés à des retraités, pour une rentabilité estimée à 9 %. Mais l’argent des assurés partait finalement, via diverses sociétés, renflouer l’une de ses entreprises, spécialisée dans le stockage de matériel, qui se trouvait au bord de la faillite.
Comme plusieurs membres de la Grande loge régulière de France figurent parmi les victimes de cette escroquerie, Christian Loubersanes a fini par être démis de sa fonction de « grand maître » et exclu de la GLRF.
Christian Loubersanes est mis en examen pour « fraude fiscale », « escroquerie », « abus de biens sociaux » et « blanchiment » en « bande organisée ».
