Belgique – La section gantoise du parquet de Flandre orientale a confirmé qu’un demandeur d’asile âgé de 16 ans, non accompagné et originaire d’Afghanistan a été interpellé et auditionné pour le viol d’une collaboratrice du centre d’accueil de Ménin.
Les faits se sont produits mercredi dans un centre d’accueil de la Croix Rouge flamande, à Ménin. La victime, qui travaille pour le traiteur du centre, a été violée, alors qu’elle se rendait au sous-sol pour aller chercher des provisions.
Le jeune immigré « a été présenté ce vendredi au juge d’instruction, qui a décidé de le transférer au centre fermé d’Everberg », a précisé la porte-parole du parquet, An Schoonjans.
