L’initiative populaire pour la «protection contre la sexualisation à l’école maternelle et à l’école primaire» a réuni 107’000 signatures, selon ses promoteurs. Le texte exige que les écoliers suisses ne reçoivent pas d’éducation sexuelle avant la troisième année primaire.
Les organisateurs de cette pétition remettront les nombreuses feuilles de signatures le 17 décembre à la Chancellerie fédérale, a annoncé le coprésident du comité d’initiative Sebastian Frehner (UDC/BS).
Les 92 000 signatures réunies il y a deux ans en Suisse alémanique par la pétition contre « la sexualisation de l’école publique » n’auront pas servi de leçon aux autorités. A l’époque, c’est l’utilisation de pénis en bois et de vagins en peluche qui avait outré parents et enseignants.
Pour 2014, l’Office fédéral de la Santé Publique et le Ministère de l’instruction publique veulent instaurer des cours obligatoires d’éducation sexuelle dès le jardin d’enfants.
Le Plan d’enseignement 21 prévoit des «Basler Sexboxen» («SexBox»), des espèces de « kits de formation » très spéciaux devant être distribués aux enseignants de l’école maternelle et du primaire.
Ces ‘boîtes magiques’ contiennent entre autres des pénis en bois et des vagins en peluche, ainsi que des manuels encourageant les enfants à se toucher et découvrir leur propre corps et celui des autres. La bande dessinée Lisa und Jan servira notamment de support pédagogique : parmi la multitude d’images, on retrouve une petite fille en train de se masturber pendant qu’une autre l’observe, un petit garçon en train de se toucher sous les draps et qui éclaire ses parties intimes avec une lampe torche, une femme en train d’enfiler un préservatif à un homme, un enfant en train d’espionner ses parents en plein acte sexuel par la fenêtre (voyez par vous-même)…
Pour les 6-10 ans, le Ministère de l’instruction publique fait aborder les thèmes des préservatifs, de l’orientation sexuelle, et de la « première masturbation ou éjaculation ». Dès 13 ans, il est prévu de porter une attention particulière à la contraception, à l’avortement, et aux orientations sexuelles selon une approche qui n’est pas sans rappeler l’introduction de la théorie du genre en France.
La Poste suisse a d’ores et déjà pris position contre la distribution d’un tel matériel, qu’elle juge clairement pornographique.
