Pour les élections communales du 28 février prochain, le parti socialiste s’adresse aux électeurs en arabe, en allemand, en albanais, en bosniaque, en italien, en espagnol, en portugais, en tamoul, en grec…
Depuis mercredi matin, les socialistes diffusent sur les réseaux sociaux et sur leur site Internet de petites vidéos invitant, dans leur langue, les étrangers à voter.
Yverdon-les-Bains compte 35% de résidents étrangers. Et depuis 2003, la Constitution du Canton de Vaud leur offre le droit de vote sur le plan communal, pour autant qu’ils bénéficient d’un permis de séjour depuis dix ans et résident dans le canton depuis trois ans au moins.
