Alexandre Gabriac, fondateur des Jeunesses Nationalistes, ancien conseiller régional, aujourd’hui secrétaire national aux fédérations de Civitas, a besoin de votre aide !
Notre ami et camarade Alexandre Gabriac toujours dans la tourmente judiciaire…
- Condamné en première instance puis en appel à 2 mois de prison ferme et 4000€ d’amende pour avoir, d’après leur justice, organisé une manifestation interdite contre le racisme anti-blanc, son affaire a été examinée à l’audience criminelle de la cour de Cassation le 9 mai dernier. La décision sera rendue le 20 juin.
- Par ailleurs, il passera devant la 12ème chambre correctionnelle du TGI de Lyon le 4 juin 2018, étant accusé de « reconstitution de ligue dissoute » (en l’espèce les Jeunesses Nationalistes), un chef d’accusation qui lui fait encourir une peine de 7 ans de prison ferme, la perte de ses droits civiques et la somme mirobolante de 45’000€ d’amende. A noter, ce chef d’accusation est placé dans la partie législative : « Crimes et délits contre la nation, l’Etat et la paix publique » du livre IV du code pénal. Tout un symbole d’inversion accusatoire.
Au-delà des condamnations, toutes ces affaires engendrent des frais de plus en plus conséquents pour ce jeune père de famille, à force de différentes pertes d’emplois, de déplacements, d’honoraires d’avocats spécialistes…
