La justice française, c’est bien connu, a toujours beaucoup d’indulgence pour les délinquants. Dans l’affaire qui suit, des cambrioleurs deviennent des « victimes » et le cambriolé qui se défend est condamné à la prison !
Luc Fournié, propriétaire d’un bar-tabac à Lavaur, vient d’écoper de sept ans de prison. Quatre jours avant le cambriolage, les barreaux d’une fenêtre avaient été sciés. Se doutant qu’une tentative de cambriolage était imminente, Luc Fournié dormait dans sa réserve. Au milieu de la nuit, les voleurs se sont introduits dans son bar-tabac. Luc Fournié a tiré. L’un des cambrioleurs, Jonathan Lavignasse, 17 ans, est décédé. Et le voilà devenu blanc comme neige si on ose dire. Maître Simon Cohen, avocat de la famille du cambrioleur décédé, affirme : « On ne peut pas être en légitime défense quand on prépare sa défense« . Mais on peut être dans son bon droit en préparant un cambriolage. Cherchez l’erreur…
