Rokhaya Diallo, née le est à la fois une militante (contre le racisme, « les préjugés ethno-raciaux » et contre l’interdiction des signes musulmans en France) et une chroniqueuse pour différents médias. Un mélange des genres qui lui permet de donner des leçons de morale aux Français blancs et chrétiens.
Elle est l’auteur de plusieurs essais comme Racisme : mode d’emploi, Comment parler de la laïcité aux enfants, elle a aussi réalisé plusieurs documentaires parmi lesquels Les Marches de la liberté ou De Paris à Ferguson : coupables d’être noirs.
Fondatrice de l’association des Indivisibles, qu’elle préside de 2006 à 2010, elle décerne annuellement les Y’a bon Awards.
Obsédée par la dénonciation de ce qu’elle appelle l’islamophobie.
Mais attention, en mars 2010, elle est sélectionnée pour participer au programme International Visitor Leadership en tant qu’invitée du gouvernement fédéral des États-Unis, et visite le pays pour y étudier la diversité.
Elle a fait partie des Young Leaders de la French-American Foundation, et vante désormais le modèle multiculturaliste à l’américaine.
Avec François Durpaire, Marc Cheb Sun, Lilian Thuram et Pascal Blanchard, elle lance un appel et cent propositions pour une « République multiculturelle et post-raciale ».
Depuis 2009, elle a joué la chroniqueuse pour La Matinale de Canal+, sur RTL, sur la radio le Mouv’, sur Mediapart, et à la rentrée dans Touche pas à mon poste ! sur C8.
