Le parquet national financier a ouvert une information judiciaire à l’encontre de Richard Ferrand, président du groupe La République En Marche (LREM) à l’Assemblée nationale, pour « prise illégale d’intérêts », « recel » et « complicité », révèle Le Canard enchaîné, dans son édition du mercredi 17 janvier.
Il s’agit de la conséquence de la plainte déposée en novembre 2017, avec constitution de partie civile, par l’association Anticor pour relancer l’enquête sur l’affaire du bien immobilier acquis par la compagne de Richard Ferrand et loué aux Mutuelles de Bretagne.
Richard Ferrand, très proche d’Emmanuel Macron, avait été mis en cause le 24 mai dernier par Le Canard enchaîné. En 2011, les Mutuelles de Bretagne, dont il était le directeur général, avaient souhaité louer des locaux commerciaux à Brest et avaient choisi l’offre d’une société immobilière appartenant… à la compagne de Richard Ferrand.
