En 2013, Marie-Claude Bompard, maire de Bollène, avait refusé de marier deux femmes. Plainte avait été déposée pour discrimination, mais classée sans suite par le parquet de Carpentras. Mais une association LGBT s’était constituée partie civile la veille de la prescription, faisant citer l’élue. En mars 2017, le tribunal correctionnel jugeait la constitution de partie civile irrecevable. Ce que vient de confirmer la cour d’appel de Nîmes.
