L’information a été repérée sur le blog Police et réalités du 15 juillet, via le site ActuPénitentiaire. Elle met en ligne une vidéo tournée par le biais d’un téléphone portable dans la matinée du 11 juillet 2018 par un dénommé L’Bata (comprendre : le bâtard) avec le commentaire suivant : « au lendemain du défilé du 14 juillet auquel l’administration pénitentiaire a participé, c’est une image bien moins glorieuse qui tourne sur les réseaux sociaux. Montrant une surveillante pénitentiaire dans une bien mauvaise posture face à un détenu qui filme la scène en « caméra cachée ». De quoi relancer les débats sur le recrutement des agents ou sur l’utilité du téléphone portable en détention… ». Et de relancer aussi celui de la présence de personnel féminin dans les prisons pour hommes, ce genre d’affaire n’étant pas la première… Notons également que ce fameux L’Bata s’est spécialisé dans les vidéos défendant les colonies de peuplement en France, est un chaud partisan de l’Islam et voit des « fachos » derrière chaque supporter indigène de l’équipe de France.
On y voit une jeune gardienne brune à queue de cheval, en tenue de service, se mettre à genoux devant un détenu d’outre-Méditerranée et lui offrant le même genre de prestation de services dont Monica Samille Lewinsky gratifia en son temps William « Bill » Jefferson Clinton dans le Bureau Ovale, et qui, du moins à notre connaissance, ne figure pas sur la liste incluse sur le livret du détenu. Qu’en pense Amnesty International ? Quand on vous disait que c’était le bordel en prison…
