La Maison Malartre a lancé une campagne publicitaire audacieuse avec des affiches qui ont pour slogan « Maison Malartre, il y a en France des quenelles dont on peut être fier » ou « Quenelles Maison Malartre, Des qenelles sans arrière-goût ».
Spécialisée en création culinaire, la célèbre Maison lyonnaise explique sur son compte facebook qu’elle s’est lancée dans une campagne afin de « dé-diaboliser » ce plat traditionnel qui fait avant tout désormais songer au geste popularisé par l’humoriste Dieudonné et qui continue chaque jour à faire l’objet de controverses depuis que Manuel Valls en a fait un sujet politique majeur…
