En Pologne, les élections européennes ont conforté le parti Droit et Justice (PIS) de Jaroslaw Kaczynski.
Bien que honni par les médias et l’intelligentsia d’Europe de l’Ouest, au même titre que le parti Fidesz du hongrois Viktor Orban, le parti Droit et Justice, catholique et opposé à l’invasion migratoire, s’est imposé une nouvelle fois comme le premier parti polonais.
Le parti Droit et Justice (PIS) a obtenu 42,4 % des voix, ce qui lui confère 24 sièges de députés européens. Soit une progression par rapport au résultat de 2014 (39,1 % des voix et 22 sièges).
