Intervention musclée du député Marie-Christine Arnautu le 12 février 2019 au Parlement européen de Strasbourg au sujet du retour en France des djihadistes partis combattre aux côtes de Daesh en Syrie :
« Les puissances atlantistes et les pétromonarchies qui ont soutenu et armé les islamistes ne sont plus les maîtres du jeu en Syrie. Je m’en réjouis.
L’heure est à la reconstruction et au retour des réfugiés chez eux. Mais une épée de Damoclès pèse au-dessus de nos compatriotes en raison de l’incurie de nos gouvernements, de nos lois laxistes et certains de nos juges idéologues. 450 détenus radicalisés, dont 50 djihadistes, seront sortis de prison d’ici la fin de l’année selon Nicolle Belloubet, ministre française de la Justice. Le ministre de l’Intérieur, Christophe Castaner, vient d’annoncer le retour en France de 130 autres combattants terroristes. En Belgique, 182 islamistes ont été relâchés dans la nature depuis le début du conflit syrien. Il faut d’urgence revoir nos législations et être d’une rigueur implacable.
Déchoyons de leur nationalité les islamistes qui ont une double nationalité et expulsons-les. Quant aux convertis de chez nous qui n’ont qu’une seule nationalité, rétablissons pour eux la peine de mort ou le bagne. Ce sont des traîtres, qu’ils soient jugés et condamnés comme tels !
