Le Vlaams Belang et Pegida Vlaanderen ont été autorisés à manifester samedi prochain devant Antwerp Expo, où se déroulera un salon islamique appelé Moslim Expo. L’autorisation a été accordée par le maire d’Anvers, Bart De Wever (N-VA).
Précédemment, Bart De Wever avait interdit une manifestation du mouvement PEGIDA dans sa commune au début du mois de mars, ce qui avait conduit à une douzaine d’arrestations.
Il y a deux semaines, PEGIDA Vlaanderen avait pu manifester à Gand, réunissant environ 250 personnes.
Filip Dewinter, figure du Vlaams Belang, a appelé ses sympathisants à participer à cette manifestation de Pegida.
