Pays-Bas – Le gouvernement néerlandais a annoncé son intention de limiter l’abattage rituel et d’interdire l’exportation de la viande casher et halal.
Le ministre de l’Agriculture Martijn van Dam a fait part de son plan auParlement néerlandais. Outre l’interdiction de l’exportation de la viande casher et halal, les nouvelles mesures seront prises en coordination avec l’Office de la sécurité des aliments et des produits de consommation des Pays-Bas qui, l’an dernier, avait recommandé au gouvernement d’interdire purement et simplement l’abattage rituel.
L’autorité « supervisera le respect des exigences juridiques liées au bien-être animal », a précisé le ministre.
