Ce samedi à 6 heures du matin, rue Marceau à Nice, les forces d’intervention de la police nationale ont défoncé par erreur la porte d’un couple d’octogénaires, dans le cadre de l’enquête sur Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel.
Françoise et Pierre Caputo, 80 et 82 ans, ont eu la frayeur de leur vie lorsque leur porte d’entrée a explosé sous le fait d’une cartouche tirée par le Raid et la BRI.
« J’ai eu très peur. Je suis déjà malade. Nous étions en train de dormir. Ils sont rentrés et ont même cassé une porte intérieure. », explique Pierre Caputo. Son épouse Françoise ajoute : « Ils étaient tous là à nous dire «Ne vous inquiétez pas madame, on est la police». Mais enfin, quand on casse une porte on doit savoir qui c’est ! » Âgé, le couple a bien du mal à s’en remettre et regarde avec consternation l’appartement dévasté.
En fait, la police a confondu les portes des appartements. Au même étage, un jeune homme de 20 ans a été interpellé quelques minutes plus tard et est actuellement en garde à vue.
La presse niçoise souligne que la police avait déjà confondu les portes de la même façon dans cette même rue le 20 novembre dernier. Une fillette de 6 ans avait alors été blessée au cou et à l’oreille lors de la mauvaise intervention du Raid.
