Frédéric Potier, à la tête de la DILCRAH, l’un des redoutables services de la police de la pensée, signale une « circulaire importante qui place les associations LGBT au cœur des combats contre la haine au niveau local ».
La circulaire en question est signée à la fois par le ministre de l’Intérieur Christophe Castaner et la secrétaire d’Etat Marlène Schiappa. Elle vise à désormais « traiter officiellement la lutte contre l’homophobie et la transphobie au niveau territorial » et à « y associer les associations LGBT locales », ce qui revient à les rendre juges et parties.
Ceci contrevient à un principe élémentaire du Droit. Mais voilà bien un « détail » au regard de l’accélération imposée vers le totalitarisme démocratique.
