Dans le cadre de l’analyse du décret du 28/3/2020 autorisant les médecins généralistes à prescrire du rivotril aux patients ayant des difficultés respiratoires et refusés en réanimation sur décision d’un médecin, il est important d’avoir l’avis d’une infirmière en soins palliatifs.
Mais le fait de ne pas donner sa chance à un malade est scandaleux en soi. Si c’est par manque de places, cela aurait du être anticipé car le 1er cas de coronavirus en France a été connu dès la fin du mois de janvier. Et jusqu’au mois de mars, aucune clinique privé n’a été sollicité alors que de nombreuses infirmières de ces cliniques étaient volontaires car sans travail à cause de la déprogrammation des soins considérés comme non urgents. On aurait du aussi utiliser les stades, par exemple, pour installer des hôpitaux de campagne sous tente. Ou des parcs ou bien d’autres endroits.
Il faudra que le gouvernement explique pourquoi il a refusé l’aide que lui proposait des industriels français pour la fabrication en urgence de respirateurs artificiels (selon le témoignage de Le Floch-Prigent) et la Russie (envoi de matériel médical).
