Pâques approche ! Et pour l’abbaye du Val d’Igny, dont l’économie repose sur sa chocolaterie, la période est cruciale. L’an dernier a été catastrophique en raison du confinement : fermeture de la boutique, annulation des commandes des revendeurs etc… Mais cette année les sœurs trappistines espèrent bien se rattraper. Pour cela, une “opération spéciale chocolats de Pâques” est lancée avec Divine Box. Objectif : vendre 200kg de chocolat !
Au programme :
des œufs pralinés, de la friture de Pâques, des “bouchons d’Igny” (spécialité avec une ganache onctueuse au marc de Champagne) etc… par “pack”, ou bien à l’unité
pré-commandes jusqu’au dimanche 7 mars minuit
livraison avant Pâques entre le 30 mars et le 1e avril (par La Poste)
… l’occasion de (re)découvrir le savoir-faire et la qualité de cette petite chocolaterie artisanale monastique, en marche depuis 70 ans !
