enterrement_miss_chiwaCe délire se passe dans le diocèse de Namur, ancien diocèse de Mgr Léonard, actuel archevêque de Malines-Bruxelles.

C’est donc une chienne, Miss Chiwa, minuscule femelle chihuahua d’un kilo, qui a eu le droit à des obsèques en bonne et due forme dans l’église belge d’Auvelais.

Les maîtres de Chiwa, Sylvana et Josse, expliquent le déroulement de la cérémonie :

« Ce sera une cérémonie de chiens. Son corps ne sera pas là, car il va être empaillé, mais nous porterons son petit lit blanc, avec une photo posée dessus. Et on a demandé à diffuser son CD, avec sa chanson « Je suis Miss Chiwa ». Le curé prendra la parole pour raconter la vie de Miss. D’ailleurs, tous les toutous seront les bienvenus ! »
