Le 22 mai, sans que la presse n’y fasse écho, l’ex-président François Hollande était au centre d’une Tenue Blanche Fermée (TBF) au siège du Grand Orient de France (GODF), rue Cadet à Paris. Invité par la Loge Roger Leray (dont est membre Jean-Luc Mélenchon), « un atelier très politique dont le Vénérable Maître est Gilbert Abergel, ancien Grand Maître » (dixit un blog maçonnique).
Devant près de 80 francs-maçons, dont trois autres anciens Grands Maîtres (Philippe Guglielmi, Daniel Keller et Patrick Kessel), François Hollande a passé une nouvelle fois un oral maçonnique. Il a notamment été interrogé sur sa promesse de 2012 de mettre dans la Constitution plusieurs articles de la Loi de 1905, promesse non tenue, et a répondu que les partis de droite s’y étaient opposé.
