Un nouveau néologisme fait son apparition dans quelques médias dominants : l’interruption volontaire de la vieillesse [« IVV »], expression de la novlangue destinée à remplacer le mot euthanasie, comme l’absurde expression interruption volontaire de grossesse (ou IVG) a déjà remplacé le mot avortement, y compris parmi certains milieux pro-vie qui adoptent naïvement le vocabulaire de l’adversaire.
Cette expression interruption volontaire de vieillesse est utilisée par plusieurs journalistes pour évoquer le cas de la Française Jacqueline Jencquel, âgée de 74 ans, et en bonne santé, qui a l’intention de se faire euthanasier en Suisse en janvier 2020, lorsqu’elle aura atteint l’âge de 76 ans.
Vrai désir de planifier sa mort ou propagande orchestrée pour promouvoir l’euthanasie dans les médias ? Jacqueline Jencquel a accordé une interview au journal suisse Le Temps et avoue qu’elle milite pour l’interruption volontaire de la vieillesse (IVV).
Et, comme par hasard, l’un de ses fils qui réalise des documentaires compte la suivre partout avec sa caméra durant sa dernière année de vie.
