Voici un nouveau scandale dont on se serait bien passé. Alors que tout chrétien doit, par sa vie et ses paroles, inciter à la sanctification des catholiques et à la conversion à la sainte religion catholique des non-catholiques, la paroisse de Gerland vient d’oser, sur un bulletin paroissial dont un exemplaire est lisible par les passants, inviter ses fidèles à ce rendre à une « kermesse » organisée par l’association musulmane de Gerland, et qui plus est un dimanche.Il faut impérativement rappeler aux prêtres responsables de cette paroisse, que Notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ les a appelé à évangéliser les nations et à « baptiser au nom du Père, et du Fils et du Saint-Esprit ».
Il ne les a certainement pas appelé à cautionner l’islam, ni à les financer par des achats lors d’une de leurs manifestations! D’autant que certains des musulmans tenant des stands lors de cette manifestation pourraient avoir l’intention de faire un usage illégal de l’argent récolté, comme le financement d’attentats!
Enfin, si j’ai mis le terme de kermesse entre guillemet, c’est qu’il ne peut pas s’appliquer à une manifestation non-catholique. En effet, le mot Kermesse vient du mot flamand kerkmisse, messe de l’église, de kerk, l’église et de misse, la messe.
Prions pour avoir de nombreux et saints prêtres cherchant à convertir (du latin « cum veritas »: avec la vérité, uni à la vérité) à la Foi catholique et à développer la sainte Eglise catholique.
