Invité des « 4 Vérités », ce lundi 24 juin sur France 2, l‘eurodéputé du Rassemblement national, Nicolas Bay, s’est exprimé au sujet de la PMA : « Je ne crois pas » que la société soit prête pour cette évolution, « et je ne crois pas que ce soit souhaitable surtout ».
« Ce qui m’intéresse, c’est l’intérêt de l’enfant. Or, l’enfant a un père et une mère (…). Il faut que cette filiation soit reconnue, on ne peut pas mentir légalement à un enfant en organisant en quelque sorte dès sa conception un mensonge dont je suis convaincue qu’il le fera souffrir » avait estimé, de son côté le mercredi 19 juin à BFM TV, la présidente du RN Marine Le Pen
Pour Nicolas Bay aussi, la nécessité d’un père et d’une mère justifie son opposition à la PMA. « L’idée d’une espèce de droit à l’enfant alors que tout ce qu’on a essayé de défendre dans notre pays ces dernières décennies, c’est au contraire de protéger un maximum les droits des enfants dont le premier est d’avoir un père et une mère et se construire (…) grâce à cette altérite homme/femme » affirme-t-il.
Le Rassemblement national s’oppose donc à la procréation médicalement assistée pour toutes les femmes. Le projet de loi sera examiné à l’Assemblée fin septembre.
Nicolas Bay est revenu également sur le burkini, « manière d’exprimer au travers d’activités de baignade une revendication politico-religieuse, islamiste parfois ».
