Belgique – A Molenbeek, les Abdeslam sont des célébrités. Le monde entier a vu circuler la photo du terroriste Salah Abdeslam. Mais le frère Mohamed Abdeslam a aussi connu son moment médiatique. Lorsqu’il est apparu que son frère Salah était un terroriste, Mohammed, alors employé de la commune de Molenbeek, a eu les honneurs des plateaux de télévision pour répéter partout que la famille Abdeslam était une famille ordinaire qui n’avait rien à se reprocher. Jusqu’à ce qu’on découvre que ce même Mohamed Abdeslam avait eu quelques ennuis avec la justice pour avoir… détrousser des cadavres ! Le charognard avait alors perdu son emploi à la commune de Molenbeek.
Aujourd’hui, il est suspecté d’avoir braqué des fonctionnaires de la commune de Molenbeek et de leur avoir voler 70.000 euros, de l’argent communal qu’ils apportaient à la banque.
