La blague de l’année ! Le site médical Fréquence M du 4 novembre fait une annonce qui en elle-même a peu d’intérêt. Les patients hospitalisés recevront désormais une facture détaillée de l’ensemble des soins dont ils ont bénéficié. Cette mesure de « transparence » sera mise en place dans 5 (cinq) ans alors que les décrets viennent de paraître au Journal Officiel.
Madame Touraine prend vraiment les patients et les médecins pour des idiots. Il s’agit de faire la différence entre les frais pris en charge par la Sécurité sociale et celle des mutuelles ; mais aussi les frais annexes, n’étant pas en rapport avec l’hospitalisation : les chambres particulières, la télévision, la coiffeuse, voire le raccord à la Wi-Fi. Une telle facturation se fait d’ailleurs dans les cliniques depuis belle lurette. Pas besoin de cinq ans pour mettre en œuvre une telle mesure. Assurément, cette nouvelle annonce ,se nomme en latin captatio benevolentiae. Traduire par « Votez socialiste ! » aux prochaines élections, vous serez rasés gratuitement.
