A tous ceux qui préfèrent l’autre lointain au prochain le plus proche, Salvini a rétorqué :
« La gauche a trouvé son héroïne, cette fois-ci en Allemagne. Je la leur laisse bien volontiers. Moi je continue à défendre l’Italie et les Italiens. »
