Dramatique assaut dans un quartier de Melbourne en Australie : un immigré musulman a pris en otage une jeune femme et tué un homme. Il a été tué par les forces spéciales de police. Trois policiers ont été blessés.
C’est dans une résidence balnéaire de Brighton que l’attaque a eu lieu.
«C’est pour l’État islamique, pour al Qaïda» a hurlé au téléphone le terroriste, en ligne avec la radio Channel Seven. L’homme est un immigré somalien avec des antécédents pénaux. Quand les policiers sont intervenus, ils ont tiré et l’ont tué. Le terroriste détenait en otage une femme et avait déjà tué un homme, un chinois qui était le concierge de l’immeuble. L’État islamique a tout de suite revendiqué l’attentat : « L’attaque de Melbourne, a fait savoir l’agence de presse Amaq, a été réalisée par un soldat de l’État islamique en réponse aux invitations à s’attaquer aux États de la coalition» qui combat l’État islamique en Irak et en Syrie.
Il s’appelait Yacub Khayre, avait 29 ans, avait été en prison pour un vol en 2012 et se trouvait en liberté conditionnelle depuis novembre dernier. En 2009, cet immigré somalien a été relié à des plans pour attaquer une base militaire de Sydney, mais au terme du procès il a été absous.
Les djihadistes pullulent en Occident. Et le terrorisme islamique se répand comme une tâche d’huile dans tous les pays qui ont ouvert leurs portes pendant des décennies à l’immigration mahométane….
