L’acteur et réalisateur Mel Gibson réfléchit à se lancer dans un second film consacré à la vie du Christ, rapporte The Hollywood Reporter. Le superbe film La Passion du Christ (2004) avait dû faire face à une véritable cabale menée par certaines organisations juives américaines qui accusaient le réalisateur d’attiser la haine contre les Juifs. Cela n’avait pas empêché ce film d’être à la fois un véritable succès et un excellent outil d’apostolat.
Selon les éléments recueillis par The Hollywood Reporter, ce nouveau film serait consacré à la Résurrection du Christ, le cœur de la foi chrétienne.
Espérons que ce projet verra le jour avec la même fidélité biblique que celle qui avait guidé Mel Gibson pour La Passion du Christ.
