« Si le docteur Sanchez (du CHU de Reims, NDLR) prétend remettre en route le processus de mort (…), il sera poursuivi également par plainte avec constitution de partie civile pour meurtre avec préméditation sur personne vulnérable », a déclaré Me Jérôme Triomphe devant la presse ce vendredi.
Quelques instants auparavant, la plus haute juridiction judiciaire a cassé la décision de la cour d’appel de Paris qui avait ordonné le 20 mai la reprise des traitements de Vincent Lambert, en état végétatif depuis 2008, comme demandé par le comité de l’ONU pour les droits des personnes handicapées (CDPH) et en attendant que celui-ci se prononce sur le fond du dossier.
« Si le gouvernement prétendait ne pas faire respecter ces mesures provisoires, nous engagerions immédiatement des poursuites pénales contre les ministres concernés », a également déclaré Me Triomphe, accusant le gouvernement de « parjure vis-à-vis de ses engagements internationaux ».
« La France ne peut pas se placer au ban des nations civilisées et risquer d’être condamnée par l’ONU à l’avenir », a-t-il encore ajouté.
