La soirée d’hier a été animée dans le centre de Bruxelles !
Le bourgmestre – socialiste et franc-maçon – Yvan Mayeur avait interdit le meeting organisé par Vérités Bruxelloises, antenne francophone du Vlaams Belang, meeting auquel étaient annoncés Marine Le Pen et Aymeric Chauprade.
Le Vlaams Belang ne s’était pas laissé démonter et avait introduit un recours en extrême urgence. Et le Conseil d’État a infligé hier en fin de journée un camouflet à Yvan Mayeur en décidant de suspendre l’interdiction de meeting.
Mais l’affaire ne s’arrête pas ici. Hier soir, la galerie de la Reine – dans laquelle se trouve la salle qui devait accueillir le meeting – était en état de siège. Des nervis « antifascistes » cagoulés et décidés à en découdre faisaient face à des militants nationalistes résolus à ne pas reculer.
La direction du Vlaams Belang a estimé que les conditions n’étaient plus réunies pour permette au public d’accéder en toute sécurité au théâtre du Vaudeville. A raison car de violentes bagarres ont éclaté. Pourquoi la police a-t-elle attendu des affrontements avant d’intervenir, alors qu’elle était présente en nombre aux abords ? Faut-il y voir des consignes d’Yvan Mayeur d’attendre que la situation se dégrade avant de rétablir l’ordre ? Une façon bien classique de tenter de prouver qu’il y avait bien des risques de troubles à l’ordre public qui entouraient ce meeting… Alors qu’aucun incident n’aurait été à déplorer si la police s’était d’emblée positionnée entre les parties en permettant un accès correct et sécurisé à la galerie et à la salle.
Mais le Vlaams Belang avait une solution de rechange et c’est finalement à l’étage du prestigieux établissement « La Chaloupe d’Or » située sur la magnifique Grand’Place de Bruxelles que s’est tenu le meeting qui a démarré avec à peine quelques minutes de retard.
Par contre, pas de Marine Le Pen dans la salle, si ce n’est par l’entremise d’une vidéo projetée sur un écran…
