Deux ressortissants tchétchènes âgés d’une vingtaine d’années ont été interpellés par une patrouille de CRS en plein marché de Noël, ce mercredi vers 16 h, devant la cathédrale de Strasbourg. Ils ont été interpellés et placés en garde à vue pour « apologie de terrorisme ». « L’un est domicilié à Strasbourg et l’autre hors d’Alsace », selon la police.
Les deux individus ont été remarqués par les policiers place du Château, alors qu’ils étaient en train de se prendre en photo avec leur smartphone en mode selfie dans une posture évoquant un signe d’allégeance à l’État Islamique.
L’un d’eux serait actuellement hébergé par une structure d’accueil pour demandeurs d’asile.
