Les Gilets Jaunes ont fait leur apparition aux Pays-Bas et ont manifesté pour la première fois ce 1er décembre à La Haye.
Malgré l’aspect très paisible de cette manifestation, la police a procédé à trois arrestations lors de cette manifestation.
Les Gilets Jaunes s’étaient rassemblés dans le calme devant le parlement néerlandais. La police a cependant exigé que les Gilets Jaunes se déplacent vers un autre endroit. Lorsqu’un groupe d’une trentaine de personnes a refusé de partir, ils ont été encerclés par la police, y compris des agents à cheval. La police a sommé les manifestants de quitter les lieux, ce qu’ils ont finalement accepté.
Des actions de « gilets jaunes » ont également débuté à Maastricht et à Nimègue, samedi. Une personne a été arrêtée à Maastricht. À Nimègue, les Gilets Jaunes ont annoncé qu’ils se rassembleraient tous les samedis de décembre dans le centre de la ville.
