Ils étaient environ 10.000, dont beaucoup de jeunes et de familles, des organisations pro-vie et même des parlementaires, venus manifester, place de la Constitution, face au Palais de la Moneda (palais présidentiel) pour défendre la vie de l’enfant à naître et protester contre la loi visant à dépénaliser l’avortement au Chili.

Le projet qui, la semaine dernière a été approuvé par la Chambre des députés va maintenant être débattu au Sénat.

Quelques incidents sont à déplorer : des militants pro-avortement ont insulté les manifestants pro-vie, leur crachant dessus et cherchant à les bousculer mais la police est intervenue pour les écarter.
