Espagne – Le Consortium régional de transports de Madrid a décidé d’accorder à l’Association espagnole Transexualia 38 passes annuels de libre circulation dans le métro. Les transports en commun seront donc gratuits pour les transsexuels.
Dans le même temps, jeudi dernier, l’association Ciudadanos avait regretté l’absence de réductions pour les familles nombreuses sur les billets simples et billets combinés de 10 voyages. Si une famille nombreuse ne paye pas l’abonnement mensuel ou annuel, elle ne peut pas bénéficier de réductions.
De son côté, l’Association des familles nombreuses de Madrid a dénoncé la situation: « Si vous êtes transsexuel à Madrid, vous pouvez voyager gratuitement dans le métro. Et cela sous prétexte d’éviter la discrimination des personnes transgenres. Comment peut-on raisonnablement penser que permettre aux transsexuels de voyager gratuitement dans le métro est une façon de lutter contre leur discrimination ?», a déclaré le président de l’Association des familles nombreuses.
Par contre, cette mesure crée une évidente discrimination dont sont victimes toutes les personnes non transsexuelles…
